Who we are
Ad Manaurem 1762 is a non-profit association that, in 2024, includes 64 members from Europe and America. Our members come from the following countries and regions:
Didier Sourisseau
Président, Founder
Didier Sourisseau has spent his career in the packaging industry. Chairman of major international groups, he has successfully managed teams all over the world, particularly in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Africa. With his strong leadership skills, he has never ceased to defend excellence as a source of continuous improvement, and to encourage the development of young people and the transmission of knowledge.
Throughout this intense life, his refuge has always been the Périgord and his family home "La Manaurie". A place of inspiration, it was here that he naturally created his patronage project for young people and for music, his other passion. He is keen to help this new generation of musicians by offering them a moment which, he hopes, will be the catalyst for their future success.
Thierry de Beaumont-Beynac
Vice-Président, Co-founder
Thierry de Beaumont-Beynac has had a distinguished career in the banking and insurance sectors, holding executive positions before co-founding an artificial intelligence company serving insurance firms. Concurrently, he has been actively involved in charitable organizations, notably within the Order of Malta, where he held presidential roles for 20 years.
Deeply passionate about the Périgord region, where his family has been established for nearly 450 years, he continued his parents' efforts in restoring the family's Château de La Marthonie in Saint-Jean-de-Côle. For 30 years, he organized concerts in the village church.
Among his numerous international honors, Thierry holds the titles of Officer of the Legion of Honour and Officer of Arts and Letters.
Bernadette Faroudja-Deveaux
Secretary, Co-founder
Bernadette Faroudja-Deveaux, Honorary Professor at the Bordeaux Academy, has devoted her life to the education of young people. A politician, she has contributed to the development of innovative early childhood programmes that have been taken up nationally by her party. She was recognised by her peers for her work and was awarded the Palmes Académiques. In her home town of Le Bouscat, she also put her commitment to Franco-German reconciliation to good use, with musical exchanges in particular that were to become a milestone and an example for other communities.
Now retired to the Périgord region, she is involved in local life and is putting all her energy and experience at the service of Ad Manaurem.
Bruno Baudoin
Treasurer, Co-founder
Bruno Baudoin is a specialist in the field of nutrition and health. After studying cell biology at university and training at ESSEC business school, he has spent his entire career in international sales and marketing with the world's leading vitamin companies. In France, he helped develop the concept of natural vitamins.
He is an enthusiast of contemporary art, but also collects works from the 19th century. He is a member of the Association of Friends of Rosa Bonheur.
A gourmet and connoisseur of Bordeaux wines, he likes to prepare dishes from the South-West (or from the French repertoire) to share with his family and friends.
One day, he dreams of learning to play the piano.
Priska Wallimann
Design & Marketing,
Co-founder
As a skilled lithographer and infographic designer, Priska Wallimann works for a Swiss publishing house. She has consistently developed all areas of graphics and design for her group's newspapers and magazines throughout Europe. She has become an expert in information graphics, a form of visual journalism, and was honoured in New York in 2018 with an "Award of Excellence" from the Society of News Design.
A great Francophile, every year she takes part in workshops at the Beaux-Arts in Paris to consolidate her talent as a draughtswoman and photographer. Her first works will be exhibited at the Galerie Menouar in Paris during Photography Week in 2021.
Rohan

Rohan is the youngest member of our team. Our Havanese loves to have fun and is hard to resist! His job is to be the association's cuddle therapist, a role in which he excels! He'll be on hand to give our young musicians confidence and optimism.
